The Propel card offers 3x points per $1 spent on popular streaming services. Those services are; Apple Music, Hulu, Netflix, Pandora, Sirius XM Radio, and Spotify Premium.
What are the cash redemption options?
Propel Go Far points can be redeemed for cash in $25 increments, either online or by phone.
Does the cell phone protection cover lost phones?
Propel cell phone protection can reimburse you for damage or theft of a cell phone, up to $600 per claim (subject to a $25 deductible). The coverage does not cover loss cell phones.
When will my sign-up bonus points show up in my account?
Sign-up bonus points will be redeemable in your account within 1-2 billing periods following the 3-month offer period. Note: This assume you’ve met the minimum spend requirement which is $3,000 as of the time of this writing.
Am I eligible for the sign-up bonus?
If you received a sign-up bonus after signing up for a Wells Fargo credit card within the last 15 months, you’re not eligible to receive the Propel sign-up bonus. This rule still applies even if you’ve already closed the account that you opened within 15 months.
Does the Wells Fargo Propel credit card include a chip?
Yes, the Propel uses a chip for better security and protection against fraud when used at chip-enabled terminal.
Do my Propel points ever expire?
No, as long as your account is open and in good-standing your points will never expire.
Are there blackout dates when redeeming for air travel?
No, there are no blackout dates on air travel when redeeming through Go Far Rewards.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, you may earn as many points as you’d like.
What is the annual fee?
The Propel credit card has a $0 annual fee.
Does the Propel card charge foreign transaction fees?
No, you may use the card abroad without incurring additional fees.
What is the current sign-up bonus?
As of August 18, 2018, the sign-up bonus for this card is 30,000 points after spending $3,000 within the first 3 months of the account opening.
Is the Amex Wells Fargo Propel card made of metal?
Yes. The back of the Propel credit card says “This card contains metal, do not shred.”
